Opening Hours
The Onsen Retreat and Spa is open during the Winter season from the opening weekend in June through to closing weekend, 7 days, with extended hours for your convenience.
Winter Hours: 7am to 9pm
Children under the age of 18 are welcomed to use the bathing facilities, actively supervised, between the hours of 4pm-6pm daily.
During the winter Spa Treatments are available from 10am daily. An advance booking is required for Spa Treatments.
Gift Vouchers
The Spa Gift Voucher is a thoughtful and precious gift. Whatever the occasion, we are just a phone call or email away and are happy to arrange a Gift Voucher to suit

Corporate and Group Bookings
What better way to relax, team build, bond and enjoy time together. Engulfed in the pristine alpine surrounds we can create the perfect experience for you are your group.
Group bookings are welcomed. All groups of five or more guests receiving treatments under a group booking receive a complementary fruit and cheese platter. At least one week’s notice of group booking is required.
